Director of Sales
Lisa joined AutoLine in 2019 as our Director of Sales. As part of the management team, Lisa is instrumental in helping to establish business plans, strategies and execution to expand our outreach in new and evolving markets.
Lisa brings over 25 years of sales and marketing management experience to our team. Her vast experience brings a new set of eyes through which she seeks ways to enhance our service and exceed customer expectations. As we offer fully customizable solutions – she is here to ensure we can easily incorporate our services into your current business strategies and help grow your business. Lisa has a strong desire to partner with our customers and develop long lasting relationships.
Lisa received her BBA in Accounting from Kent State University, a Marketing Certificate from eCornell and a Business Management Certificate from Ivey School of Management. In her spare time, Lisa enjoys running, golfing, and traveling with family and friends.
In 2008, Clint Papesch founded AutoLine Marketing Group and is now the CEO. Over the past decade with AutoLine, Papesch has developed an understanding of changing times in the auto dealer industry. Dealer groups are consolidating and many represent hundreds of stores and thousands of employees. With these changing times, Papesch has been instrumental in developing products that meet these industry needs.
One of these products is AutoPerks, a paper and digital product to secure customer loyalty while helping dealers streamline their advertising budgets. By leveraging dealer advertising, AutoPerks is collateral for the customer and a welcome bonus. The value of loyalty is data; on average, dealers retain 90% of their customers when using AutoPerks.
Clint received his BS in Finance from the University of Arizona in 1984. Clint has two grown children, enjoys Cleveland sports teams, Cross Fit, riding his Harley Hog, (Road King), and spending time with his lovely wife, Mary.
Graphic Design Manager
Tina has been a graphic designer for over 23 years. Her graphic design career began in 1994 at a small printing company. She transitioned to a newspaper publishing company in 1996 where she was a part of their team as a designer for twelve years. Along the way she gained several graphic design contracts with companies in and around the Cleveland Ohio area. She joined AutoLine Marketing Group in 2009 in the role of graphic design manager as well as customer care.
Tina enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Her greatest joy are her four granddaughters. She also loves to travel, watch Cleveland sports’ teams, amateur photography, and Netflix and chill evenings with her husband, Robert.
Donna joined Autoline Marketing Group in 2013. She enjoys working at the company and is excited to be a part of the team. Her wealth of experience in different industries has been a valuable asset.
Donna is a proud alumna of John Carroll University in Cleveland, Ohio. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree and has worked in the accounting and finance fields for over 20 years. She is an avid sports fan, enjoys traveling, reading and spending time with her family and friends.
Donna, her husband Chuck, and two daughters have been to all 50 states and have seen landmarks and stadiums from coast to coast!
